It can’t just be me. Team Snipers is by far my favorite playlist and basically the only one I really want to play, yet I can’t. Why do they have to remove it? Doesn’t it seem like it should just be a permanent playlist?
Every time it’s permanent, the population never lasts.
It’ll be back as a rotational list.
I’ve never had that much of a problem finding a game. What’s the harm in keeping it around, even if the population is low?
Well, if the population is low for a certain playlist, that means matchmaking suffers for everyone if there isn’t enough people within acceptable parameters searching at the same time. You end up with long search times that result in either “unfair” games being made, matching the same people over and over again, or not being able to find games at all. Rinse and repeat until the list eventually dies a natural death. Kinda like what happened to Action Sack before it was made a rotational playlist. Kinda like what’s happening to Warzone Assault.

Not everyone has the same skill as you or lives near you, so while you may be able to find a game someone else may have a much harder time.
You have team snipers & mythic shotty snipers in the rotational so you essentially get 4 weeks of it. Not to bad if you ask me. Action sack is only here for 2 weeks & its my favourite game mode so im doing my best to play it as much as I can & hopefully it can get the population numbers needed to bring it back. But I think thats wishful thinking

I agree, custom games is the way to go with something like snipers (and a few other game modes) I have many hardcore team sniper friends and they hate that it’s not a playlist, but they understand why. Just go into customs set up a game and wait. Players will come, it shouldn’t take long to get a game going.

Once MCC Custom Games browser goes live for everyone, things like Team Snipers will always have games going on so it’ll be easy to find games
Everyone is begging for team snipers 343 puts it in and hardly anyone plays it. I didn’t play it much unless I wanted to work on my sniper shot but, my shot was good enough so I never really played.

A lot of people want something and then when they have it they slowly lose interest in it which seems to be the case with snipers since it gradually moves to the bottom.
Would be awesome if you could jump into a sniper game mode anytime!

People are like that with just about everything. 343 is doing the right thing by having certain playlists in the rotation so it’ll keep players coming back for certain playlists. It’s similar to how Bungie did things with their Double EXP playlist weekends
