Can someone explain to me the Rocket Hog game…( i mean i know how it works) but for the love of God why do sooo many people pick it when its an option, espiecally over Slayer…to me that is the most useless game type! I just dont see any fun in it, and yet it always gets voted for…
the point of rocket hog race IS that it is pointless blowing stuff up! people tend to like the whole blowing others up with no ammo limit. its a good game for relaxing and blowing stuff up. plus, EASY CREDITS! (if you are talking about reach anyways)

Hog race is fun, but the mongoose races on halo 3 were epic.
There’s not too much science on guiding your wheeled pig through that white circle called checkpoint, you can even play alone if you want too and its better that way, because you wont have to worry about your teammates fighting over who’s driving.
There should be more vehicle based playlist like banshee vs falcon dogfights (that would be so fine on BTB), to leave aside the carnage and the stressing thought of “what if everyone on my team are noobs?” “Okay lets see who we have on my team… sargeants and recruits while the other team has reclaimers and inheritors… Ohh shhhh”.

Why do we need ANOTHER slayer? I can kill other players on Countdown via a half-dozen menus - Four player, 5 players, Objective, Arena … Why must multi-team do so as well?
I doubt there’s much point in trying to explain why people vote for it if you don’t think it’s fun. I personally think it’s a really fun and exciting game. It gives you a break from just playing Slayer all the time. It does get annoying if you play it too much, but it’s just a nice change of pace occasionally. (It’s even better when it’s on Breakpoint.)

Rocket Hog and BTB is probably your best best for Wheelmans, FYI.

Rocket Race was fantastic when played competitively, because there was a nimble vehicle and one person shooting rockets. It was pure and simple, which made it legitimate.

for that matter what big team battle is not a huge cluster of bullcrap?
thats the only reason i play them its fun, I get the chance to jump out of a falcon pop some one in the head right before i fall to my death and my bird crashes in to their hog causing them to flip off the map and snags 3 kills from them.
Play mlg if you want order and all that i guess i dont know im always looking for the cluster of hectic bullcrap, or swat. but swat is the same 3 maps over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over…
… and over again, so i change it up with… you got it hectic bullcrap.
