The characters themselves are very similar.
While I wouldn’t go so far as to say that Dare is Palmer, I think it’s safe to say that the charicteristics of both are near identical.
I still wish they’d tied Bucks squad into Spartan Ops…

Yes, I see a really close similarity in them. They both have that leader role in their characters. Having Buck’s squad would have been a good addition to Spartan Ops. Thanks!
