I had some extra cash on my Microsoft account and decided to buy three Legendary Req packs and the loading screen popes up then disappeared! I GOT NOTHING! WHAT THE -Yoinking!- HELL 343!!!
I just restarted the game and still nothing! I just wasted 9$ for NOTHING.
You can log onto xbox.com click your profile on the top right then select Microsoft account you should see your purchase there. What todo from there idk but your would have proof of your purchase.
They aren’t under your unopened packs? Hard reset your xbox see it that works has happened to me before too
Are you sure you didn’t get the items and not notice? It may have glitched the display screen where you can see what was in the pack, but you still got the loadouts/armor/etc. Just a thought, otherwise I am sure there is a way to contact support about it through your Microsoft account.

I got Void Dancer, Scanner, Teishin Shuurai helmets and a couple of weapons. Oh and a legendary assassination.
