I just got robbed of my REQ points

I opened a REQ pack and got two errors one saying that I couldn’t open the pack at that time and the other that I already opened the pack.

I got nothing from the pack and wasted my REQ points for nothing, fix the REQ system 343, it’s always “retrieving data” and errors. Now I need to worry of my REQ pack disappearing. Unacceptable.

Hey OP, when it tells you that the pack has already been opened, that just means that it skipped over the animation for openening the pack. You’ll still get your items, they’ll automatically transfer into your REQ inventory

I checked my collection and nothing was added, how do I know that? Well I only had the “Blue steel” skins left to unlock in the rare collection and still got nothing from opening a silver pack.

Do a hard reset of your Xbox and whatever you unlocked should be added. You can also check here on Waypoint in the REQs section
