did you press strart to go into the Spartan hub? the weapon skins are in the loadout section, armor skins are in the armor section and emblems are in the tag section.
OH!!! almost forgot depending on where you got your preorder (Gamestop for the forest skin) the specific TYPE of armor has that skin. Forest is on the Hazop armor ect.
Yes, I checked the menu for war games. Nothing is there.
Well I downloaded the LE stuff too, and none of the helmets are there either. No skins or emblems. Nada.

Problem solved! I had to install my multiplayer disc, and then put in the other disc. There was an update, and everything is there! Thank you anyway for be so generous as to helping me, ApollosSpear!
