I just don't wanna be let down again :/

Alotta people have a voiced opinion on Reach an I’m not gonna go in detail because of a rant. Its as simple as this I can play reach non stop but i’m not motivated nor have reason just something to do an I miss that in halo 3. I don’t wanna turn it on an get my willies all excited when I get halo 4 like everyone else an just be like wow all this hype for this? Not gonna get all over dramatic but I don’t wanna lose sleep at night thinking like I just invested so much money into buying the console an I get played on some Bs.

If you have a friend who is buying it, try out their copy. Problem solved.

It looks like it’s gonna be great
Seems more like Halo 3 than Reach, anyways.

I’m hoping it’s a mixture of H2-Reach, to be honest. All of the good qualities of those games.

Just really hoping there is no H3 BR.

I just don’t wan’t anything to do with reach even included in it.

This.

Halo is so much better when playing with friends. Unless it’s an awful game where the host and his team eat shots or you get dominated (or both), the games just seem to fly by when you have people to talk to and kill other players with :).

OP, just don’t think about the hype or all things that can go wrong while you play Halo 4. Just relax and enjoy it!

> I just don’t wan’t anything to do with reach even included in it.

That’s a bad mentality. Just because overall it wasn’t better than the other games doesn’t mean EVERYTHING in the game was bad ://

> I just don’t wan’t anything to do with reach even included in it.

C’mon, Reach wasn’t that bad… I mean, there are some things that could have been improved and others maybe not brought in so fast, but people are too damn hard on Reach.

Yeah but there was more wrongs then rights. I don’t wanna go in detail to get a buncha hate comments about the ordeal its just as simple as I don’t wan’t nothing to do with reach I’mma true skill junkie.

I disagree, I dont think people are hard enough. I dont ever…repeat EVER! want another Reach. That game killed a franchise I loved since I was 13. I moved over to battlefield (which was fun) but hearing all the positive Halo 4 news I peeked out from under my stone. I have put faith back into Halo, I just hope its not misplaced because it wont be getting a second chance. Im likely to quit all gaming permanently if that’s the case

There is some bs, I’m not going to lie, but Reach literally was not that bad of a game.

They could have done without the bloom, at least to the point where the DMR is on H4. Armor Lock was the worst, only because it was overused and in the wrong way. Jet pack wasn’t that bad because I could easily look up and just put in five shots.

I liked Armor Lock when I was using it, but when it was being used against me I hated it. Halo Reach matchmaking for the most part was way better than Halo 3 matchmaking.

Yea, Reach shouldn’t get as much -Yoink- as it receives. It really wasn’t a bad game. Wasn’t the best Halo, mind you; but for a FPS in general, it was pretty polished. I still choose to play that, even over the CoDs and Battlefields of the industry. Bloom is what done it in. The TU was what Reach should have been at launch…but sadly, it was way too late. =/

I think Halo 4 is a perfected version of Reach. Less gimmicks and more fun, that, and they’ll have a classic playlist too

AL wasn’t necessarily all that bad, people just implemented it in a very noobish way.

H3 has just as much BS in it that Reach does. For the most part, 3 just doesn’t feel like you’re the Spartan… I felt like I floated around everywhere, and that my BR doesn’t strike like it should.

I’m hoping your right on that idea. I’m not digging your gamertag though its like peanut butter an ranch dressing. Two wrongs without a right.

This. Or at least tweak the bloom down a considerable amount to try and keep trigger spammers in their place.

Well Nirvana is epic, and so is Cortana. :stuck_out_tongue:

I believe thats because it was a bit outdated not as efficient as now. I believe on the honest halo 3 was great on a fact tools didn’t get down with a clan. Hmmm… The irony

Wanna know the secret into not letting it?

Just have very low expectations and question each feature that is implemented simple really.
