I just bought 3x Gold Pack and didn't get my REQs?

As soon as I bought it, it said it’s taking me to the REQ collection screen to open my packs, and it wouldn’t do anything (it just kept making noises.) I rebooted Halo 5 and even signed out and back in and I don’t have my 3 REQs. I did pay for it since the purchase is in my PayPal history. What do I do? Should I wait for it to appear?

EDIT: I finally got my packs. So, after waiting over 30 minutes for my packs to arrive, I gave up and played some Destiny. Today when I checked the game, I finally got them.

I haven’t played this game in weeks and when I finally got interested into the game again, this happens to me? Seriously?

Yeah same happend to me a few minutes ago cant seem to get them and nothing new showed up in my collection restarting does not seem to work either

If someone doesn’t tell me something about what’s going on here, I’m going to send a lovely email to Microsoft telling them to give me a refund if I don’t get my packs.

Same thing. The REQ system must not be working.

The same has happened to me purchasing the 10+3 bundle. Hopefully it is resolved soon.

343i is pretty good about making sure you get all the stuff you may have lost to a glitch. Should be fixed by tomorrow.

Seems like everyone has the same problem hope they give something for the inconvenience like a sorry pack or something :stuck_out_tongue:

Luckily i can still buy packs with rp if that would not work i would get really pissed just hope they fix i it by tomorrow/today

My packs have been delivered. I was able to purchase a small bundle to test and it appears the issue is resolved (until the next time).
