I joined a spartan company and got accepted but didn’t get a pack. Also is there any boost it gives you?

I was sent a notification on the site about the pack being rewarded, and then when I follow the link I am told there are no Req packs to open. Can anyone confirm if there is a delay of a few days?

Usually, give it up to 48 hours (2 days) wait. If it doesn’t appear in your
available Req packs by then, contact Microsoft or 343 Industries.
