I..I just hate this armor..

VERY select few look decent.

No matter what the combination, this armor looks so bad, I try and trick myself into thinking, “hey if I wear it with this color it’ll look sweet” or “Sage would make this look awesome…oh wait…” This armor looks impractical and flat out asinine. This armor just… sucks so much and it just makes me mad that so many armor sets in previous games have been turned into garbage.
Easy armor to look good, Nomad. The armor itself looks fantastic, looks like your ready to go on expeditions, reminds me of SPI in away. Then you go to the helmet, why is there a little bulb sticking out the front??

Bottom line, this armor looks so stupid and impractical, and I hope you keep bringing back sets like Mark IV,V and Noble, (Bring the rest of Noble teams armor in please)
Reminds me of a time where Spartans looked B.A.

I used to rock Nomad Helmet early on, but what got to me was the bulbous part you mentioned and the fact that the helmet makes all the visors look dark.

Not only are the majority of designs themselves bad, but they suffer even more from randomly applied white markings and certain armour sets (like Noble) apply a different shade of your selected secondary colour

Just when you think H4 armor was bad they make H5 armor :slight_smile:

Its not just Nomad, 90% of the helmets make everything really dark

Hell the customization menu is really dark, I find it funny because actual gameplay has everyone really bright

i find my self always going back to Recon

i loved the enforcer armor in H4 and even though i have it in H5 i feel like i should try others

the Mako (shark version) looks good and the recruit skull and flames armor looks bad -Yoink- with the war master helmet

there is just so much armor that isnt appealing and the variants have too much green/white crud on them it makes them look cheap

Noble aka Commando had white markings in Reach and they copied that design to Halo 5. So THOSE I don’t mind, what I do mind are the stupid blues and yellows on the Recon armor variant

Absolutely, completely, fully agree. Most of the armours are so ugly, now I’m wearing Athlon, but the others are just…I dont know…they always have a strange form of Helmet…they are just terrible

Athalon to me looks awesome as a full set

This just makes me feel so…bleh :confused: I’m mad and disappointed

i just spent the past 10 minutes going through my armor and helmets on waypoint. i cant say i see anything that i really like or want

might just trade off between Enforcer and Recon
