I hope MP is solid and lasts a long time.

Just looked at my service record for number of games played.

Halo 2 - around 3k (highschool)
Halo 3 - around 2k (college)
Halo 4 - around 300 (post college)

I am really hoping the population stays strong, implying the gameplay will be solid.

So say we all.

If the gameplay is solid and they continue with a lot of post launch support, I’m sure the community will stay strong.

Similar for me, just older

Halo 2- college
Halo 3- post college
Halo 4- kids

New life, new chapters, but always some gaming somewhere, even in smaller doses

IMO, 343 just needs to have solid, functioning servers at launch. They’ve done an excellent job of creating hype, and I’m sure all the free DLC they’re putting out post-launch, plus Forge (which really should be there at launch), will result in a pretty active community for a solid year.

I think everybdy on these forums hopes the same

The better they support the community and players from the get go, the longer the game will last. Really need to bring their “A” game now with this title since BO3 and Fallout 4 coming out at the same time…hard for gamers to decide what to focus on. The free DLC maps are a nice touch though…

Looks like a lot of content at launch. Sounds like there’ll be a lot of post-launch support too.
