I hope 343 brings back the Hornet.

I think it would fit very well in Halo 4. 343 should just modify how it looks a little bit, and tune how much damage it does, and it could be a very valuable vehicle. What do you guys and gals think? Should it return, or should there be a new UNSC air vehicle?

I agree OP. I definitely missed it in Reach and the Falcon didn’t fill its place well in my opinion. Also to those who say it would be overpowered in multiplayer, a few simple tweaks such as less powerful MG’s and Rockets could put it on a even level with the Banshee.

I think they should make something similar to the hornet but just polish it a bit more and make it more balanced and fun.

We all know what happened when you had a guass hog and hornets all over lol

So awesome it was removed from all gametypes and a craptacular version put in it’s place.

Not to mention that all it was was a reskinned Banshee with hitscan bullets.

In Halo 3 could the Banshee hover, use tracking rockets, or transport two team mates on the sides? No

One benefit, that the Falcon has.

Post nerf? Neither could the Hornet. And it’s damage on the guns was nerfed. I think the tickles from fairies could do more damage than those guns.

Why did I always see those seats empty?
