I just spent like four hours on the phone with Microsoft. They said the only way to get a refund would be to talk to 343 and they said there was no information on how to contact 343 about the issue. All I want is a way to talk to 343 about a possible refund for this game. Thanks for any information -jared
P.S. obviously the game is master chief collection
Even if you could talk to someone at 343 they would probably pass you back to the retailer. I’m guessing the closest you’re gonna get to a refund is a $19.25 store credit at GameStop.

I hate 343. they are the worst. they robbed us all blind and many people are content to move onto halo 5. i don’t want a noob fest with a tiny skill gap. i want halo as it was supposed to be. for instance; halo ce on xbox live for the first time. NOPE all you get is halo ce doubles. they claim 4v4 doesn’t work. they also say they are working on adding a 4v4 playlist. at the best it will be temporary. and the game will continue to work WORSE as the population takes a dive due to the game NOT WORKING and halo 5 coming out. this is such a joke. 343 should change their name to 3v4 industries. about every game i play someone quits. oh and when someone doesn’t quit, another person gets booted. This game works so well (said no one ever!!!).
