I understand you may have gotten Halo and CoD confused with each other since both games are in the future, but your actually thinking about Black ops 2.

No Killstreaks
No 1 second Kill times
Every weapon does different damage
You can’t start with every weapon in the sandbox
Better Campaign story
Vehicle combat
Balanced multiplayer
Forge
Better theatre
Better custom games
Better matchmaking

We know nothing of the “perks” in the game, nor do we fully understand the custom Loadout system. As for this being like CoD, it’s not. It’s like every other mainstream game, and I don’t really like it either, but it still can be fun and everything can be turned off in custom games which means the community will probably force them to make a number of “classic” playlists soon after launch. Now shut up and wait till you actually see how these features are implemented before you judge them (news reporters tend to be wrong).

You can aim down the sights, COD multiplayer is balanced as well. Forge and Vehicle combat are the only differences, and I think Black Ops 2 is having vehicles so thats off the table to… I bet kill streaks will come out as well… It is the last thing they need to make a perfect Halo game
