I have the legend achievement, but not herioskrill

I recently completed all the Halo games in the MasterCheif collection on legendary, even though I did this, I don’t have herioskrill unlocked in Halo 5. Is this because I didn’t best ODST on legendary? I didn’t think I would have to considering it’s a dlc
