I have problems with Halo TMCC

Does anyone know why I can’t get into HALO TMCC?

When starting the game, the message to synchronize data appears, after this the game makes a strange sound, the screen freezes and the game closes by itself.

On some occasions I have managed to enter, but the same thing happens, it does not take long for that sounds to appear and close the game
The sound is like the record is scratched, but I don’t use the TMCC disk, i was download it from the store.

It has been more than two weeks and I still can’t get in,and I thought it was due to problems with my internet, but it was not like that, then I was think, it was due to space issues so I deleted a 99Gb game but it does not work either; I’ve already deleted my profile and downloaded it again; I’ve already uninstalled TMCC and reinstalled it.

Nothings work it

I need your help

Well you can try a hard reset but if uninstall and reinstall didn’t work not sure if a hard reset will. I guess I would recommend this delete the entire game off the hard drive again… Do a hard reset … Then, using a wired connection if possible, reinstall the game. Make sure the entire game and all updates download before you try doing ANYTHING. Just let the entire game install. Hope that helps.

It is a known issue. You might want to try this as it seems to work for people. There’s still no proper fix from 343.

Hope it works… Also give what Acidicsoda suggested. These Xbox ones seem awful finicky and fragile. If I weren’t so addicted to Halo I probably would be on PS… They make better hardware IMO.

I’ve been reading what AcidicSoda44031 and a lot of people have the same problem and have tried the same thing as me and more but most of them don’t work
