Several times with no response. That is why I made the post about getting voice banned which was locked by a monitor. I was given a ONE WEEK ban. Over two weeks later I am still banned. I can say that I did nothing wrong to deserve such a ban, but it is both apparent and understandable that no one will believe me. THAT IS FINE. It does not change the fact that I was notified of receiving a one week ban and it has lasted WELL OVER that amount of time.
I demand to know how long I am banned for. It has been over two weeks. Come on 343. I bought all the map packs, convinced my friends to buy Halo 4. I love halo… you are ruining our relationship.
You tell me to go post in the Halo 4 Ban Thread… why? To vent my frustrations in vain? I have not received a response and I have posted at least 4 times in the ban thread over the last two weeks. My friend has been voice banned for 3 weeks. This is ridiculous. Absolutely.
No I did not. No screaming match. No argument. No trash talk. I know and use some MLG call outs and I am a team player and if someone does poorly I don’t berate them. I don’t use excessively foul language.
Isn’t it fair that I would ask to be informed as to when this ban will end? Is that too much too ask?
343 notifies me that I have a one week ban every time I log in. This is obviously a blatant lie.

The Halo 4 Ban Thread seems to be 343’s way of sweeping all the negative feedback about the autoban system under the rug. Read through some of those responses. There are 100+ pages. There is a recent one about a 40 year old dad and his two kids getting banned from Halo 4 permanently for no reason. There are many other people in my circumstance as well, with an indicated one week ban going well over 2 weeks.
Tell me what I did wrong, 343, because to my knowledge i have NOT broken the code of conduct. Tell me how long I am banned.
I feel ya there, studderfoot. I just got an xp ban for playing splitscreen with my 10 year old sister. I was also told to go to the official ban thread, but come on…

One issue right now is the xmas hoilidays. Im sure by now there are very few people working in the 343 offices.
This has been an ongoing issue since release. You have to have good customer service in the time following your release, that is when you have the highest traffic. This is not a good excuse. It is only the 15th.
