So I’ve opened all 14 premium REQ packs, but did not receive my Mark V Alpha set. I don’t know if it was a 100% guaranteed drop, but I’m just wondering if it is. The description that raises concern is simply “Additionally players will receive the Mark V Alpha armor set, inspired by the Master Chief’s armor in Halo: Combat Evolved.” I hadn’t gotten this armor, and was curious if it was a for sure drop, or just a chance one. Any idea Spartans?

I don’t know, I guess it’s a chance to get, but I honestly don’t know because I never had a premium REQ pack before.
There is two main premium packs. Warzone and Arena.
I guess you used the Warzone one. That doesnt give Mark V, but can give loadout weapons and so on.
While the Arena one is almost purely a cosmetic one.

I did purchase the Arena REQ bundle. I guess it’s just a glitch or something. x.x Gah!
I recommend posting this in the support section, I have seen 343 respond to req pack issues there.

^ What he said, although the company might see it here, your best bet is support.
I opened my first 2 reqs for it and I also didn’t get mark V, it’s supposed to drop on the very first opening guranteed
