I preordered halo wars DE on january 20 and it said I should get the code in 7-10 days
its been more than double that and I have not yet received the code?
How do I get this code?

I also want to note that I called xbox support and his actual recommendation was to post this thread.
You receive the code through Xbox, (Xbox App on windows 10), If you’re on PC make sure you have the Xbox app installed, up to date, and connected to your Xbox account.

I also have not received mine yet, I however, just preordered mine last week, so just posting to see if there is a way to possibly speed up the 7-10 day wait since it comes out on Friday anyway. (Posting here to see if a mod will speed up the code distribution as posting seems to have helped some folks)
Just preordered today, Hope I get it soon. I also want to note I am having trouble downloading halo Wars 2, is it because the early access is restricted to downloads around the 16th and 17th?
