I have not received my content

I purchased the Halo 5 Guardians Limited Edition Xbox One Bundle and have not received my content. I entered the codes that I was given with the game, and was told that the content would download automatically as it became available. I have received the Animated series, but I can’t access it. I didn’t receive the armor, weapons, or the REQ pack. I have only the basic game and a cartoon I can’t watch. I am on the phone with Microsoft support and they say that I should have gotten this as it shows the codes have been redeemed on my account, but it is not on the console. The Microsoft rep is advising me to contact the developer to discover why I haven’t received my downloads. Please advise.

Where these purchased new? If not the codes may have already been used.

I reserved the console at Game stop pre-release. When the console release in October 2015, the game was not yet released. I contacted MS support and they assured me that because I entered the codes, the game and content would automatically download once available. The game did, the content did not. I have been in contact with MS support since, and have been instructed to reach out to 343 for resolution. The trouble with this is that it is impossible to get any customer support. MS assures me that the codes were applied to my account and they can see where I should have received the DLC, but I have not.
