Git rekt m8. No but seriously, no idea. That’s never happened to me for any acheivment, sorry for your problem.
What does the achievement tell you when you look at it? Should have a percentage bar.
I heard that Halo 3 medals are not counting towards the Achievements, so if you got all those on Halo 3, your SOL son
Some achievements I’ve gotten days later. Something to do with how achievements work on One are different from 360. Check your progress bar and be patient. Sometimes it’ll say pending
