I was playing halo 4, and my DLC armour that u spent 3$ on dissapeared, and is now locked!!! my gamertag is xxxsoccermanxxx and i would love either a refund or to fet it back. thanks.

You would need to go into your download history on the Xbox 360 Home Page. Going to your profile all the way to the right should give you such a setting to look through your download history. Once you find the appropriate DLC, click it to get the option to Download Again, and let it download. Once it is finished, go back into Halo 4 and oyu should have your DLC Armor ready to go.
If you rush to the Halo 4 main screen via gameplay invite, Halo 4 has a chance of glitching in such a fashion where it will not read your DLC Content, in which you either have to restart Halo 4, or in rare cases like yours redownload the DLC Content from your Download History.
If the DLC Armor is visibly showing, but is locked, that is a rather unusual glitch, in which once again, I will recommend you to redownload your DLC content for Halo 4. Hope that helps and have a nice day now
