I have lost everything

I was a SR 74 with a ton of certifications, loadout weapons, and customization items, now when I load up halo it says I am SR 1 and have 0/0 helmets and armors and it refuses to load anything this has happened for around a week and it is extremely frustrating, on the bright side it still says I have everything on Halowaypoint, but is anyone else having this problem or am I just the most unlucky spartan.

Just play a match it will all come back.

I have I played 4 warzone matches and then 2 warzone firefight matches nothing came back but I will give it another try.

Hard restart on you xbox. If the game loads without any sync errors you are good to go.

That’s happened to me before, although my reqs and sr rank didn’t disappear for that long. Usually I just restart Halo 5

Sign out then sign back in.
When you get to the main menu wait a bit before you press start.

Had that yesterday, I did a couple of power cycles on my console and that solved the issue. Give it a try,

Let us know when it works again OP, it would be a shame if you lost everything that you’ve accomplished. I hope everything turns out well.

Try and post this in the problems forums if nothing changes. Like may have already said though, just hard resetting and such.

I run into this problem when my internet connection is bad… maybe worth checking out.

Your profile is 74 so its has to be the game or your Xbox.

It started working again earlier today thanks again for the help
