I was recently in a breakout multiplayer game in which I accidentally betrayed someone. I was immediately kicked out. So I restarted my xbox and everything seemed fine the rest of the night. I turned it on the next day and I had lost my rank, armor & experience. It will still let me play multiplayer games but I am not ranking up or gaining anything. After the match it shows a Spartan with an assault rifle and says retrieving data and then unable to retrieve your xp and requisition packs. What do I need to do?

same problem, never got booted never betrayed anyone. just happened in between games, other players banners do not show up, can’t open req packs, all my service record for halo 5 is gone, even on waypoint it only shows a problem occurred page

Sign out of your Xbox live profile sign back in and give halo about 1-3 minutes to load your data (req points,Spartan rank etc).

I’m having the same problem and I don’t know what to do…I just lost all of my data and it assigned me a new gamer tag when I played a match and my Spartan doesnt’ have any of the colors or anything. I signed out and signed back in but it’s still the same. The game still has my ranking in the arena and warzone but that’s it. I lost all of my reqs and xp. Is there someone that can retrieve it or what do I have to do?
Need help. Brought halo 5 when it came out. Getting on now after not playing since last year… achievements amour req points all gone. Started me at lvl 1 with nothing at first i didnt care to much but im getting back into it… i want the stuff i earned back. Any ideas? Resets dont work it just loads my new progress lvl 8 lol…
