I received my Ice Unicorn about 6 days after matching with 343. If you don’t receive it in about a week or so contact support.

support would have nothing to do with that. If you matched during a playdate and don’t get it within a couple of weeks tweeting a single cordial reminder via twitter would be your best course of action.
