If a game starts with uneven teams then please allow new players to fill the empty slots.

For what? Social in MCC? Ranked in MCC, Ranked in Infinite?

For MCC social i would agree. However, for ranked i disagree, because then people would be put in losing matches and that would ruin their rank. This would only make it so people don’t want to play ranked anymore or only in full teams. This will make it very difficult to find matches for players who are not in full teams.

It won’t work in ranked, because nobody wants to be put in already losing matches, since that would ruin their rank.

If not able to make the teams even in numbers then the system should cancel the match. Playing a full length game against an opponent that will eventually win is just meaningless.

90% of the time you find yourself in a 3v4 its because someone is on PC and has crashed/disconnected. If 343 are unable to optimize their game they could at least add a re-join feature, but they cant even do that…
