I have be trying to play multiplayer on my XBox one with my other controller on and it won’t let me play it keeps on saying that I have to check my family settings and the only profile on there is mine so what should I do
That’s something you’ll want to take up with Xbox but it sounds to me like you should check your family settings and account permissions.
