So I purchased the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate edition that was supposed to included future DLC and Leaders.
That edition does not exist in the Windows 10 Store any longer its the Halo Wars 2 complete edition.
That means I paid for the Awakening DLC and I shouldn’t have. Also the Awakening DLC says it does not work on my Windows 10 device I can only install it on my Xbox One. Says that for Halo Wars 2 Complete edition, which is hogwash it works. I just have to Go to missions and manually pick it and it works.
Needless to say I want a refund but more importantly I think you guys need to fix things for HW2Ultimate edition customers. Gee tHanks.

Well the windows store claims that ATN is suposed to be part of the compleat edition.

It is, but it is not part of the Ultimate Edition, which includes the season pass
Ok just checked this. When I bought the Ultimate with Season Pass I assumed Season pass meant all the DLC. OOPS no, not this one it’s an “expansion”. So anyway I got it and its pretty fun.
While the Windows 10 Store says it does not work with PC, if you update HW2 and go directly to the mission selector it works. You can play the SP missions just fine.
Forgot to add, if you want to go the route of a refund then that would need to be handled by Xbox Live / MS Support if you made a digital purchase from the store. Nobody here on the forums or at 343 have access to your account or the ability to process refunds.
