Which weapons can be restocked from a UNSC ammo crate (forge object under gameplay) and which can be restocked from the covenant ammo crate (also under gameplay)?

Well, I don’t think you can reload battery-based weapons, so…
I believe only the Carbine and Needler receive ammo from the Covenant ones, which makes sense, but it still seems kinda worthless.
