Hello this is my first topic here and I was wondering how exacly 343 was able to put both ces campaign and reaches multiplayer on the same disk if they were using seperate engines. I remember bungie mentioning a problem the had with odst and that the engine was not compatable with halo 3s. Seeing as 343 is using a seperate engine for ces campaign and reaches for multiplayer, how the hell did they get both on one disk.
Well with ODST, the case was that both the Halo 3: ODST Campaign and Halo 3 Multiplayer could not fit on the one disk, there wasn’t enough room.
With Halo CEA, it’s not all of Reach’s multiplayer on the disk, it is just the 6 multiplayer maps and the 1 firefight map, and Halo CE’s campaign. If you think about it, it’s kind of like Halo CE’s Local/LAN Multiplayer was taken off the disk and replaced with the Reach engine and those 7 maps.
Obviously, I could be wrong in some parts of my answer, so if I am, someone please correct me.

That just might be the answer, thanks I just though it was because two different engines couldnot exist on one disk so I guess I was mistaken.
