OK SO I OWN HALO REACH AND I AM PLANNING TO BUY HALO:CEA BUT THERE’S SOMETHING I DON’T UNDERSTAND…
WILL MY PROGRESS FROM REACH CONTINUE TO THE NEXT ONE OR WILL THE MAPS OF CE BE ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH REACH?
On the Anniversary Disk will be the Campaign, then there will be an option on the Main Menu to go to a modified main menu of Halo: Reach with ONLY the SEVEN Anniversary maps which are Damnation, Prisoner, Timberland, Beaver Creek, Headlong, Hang 'Em High and the Firefight map ‘Installation 04’.
With ALL copies of Halo: Anniversary, you will have a code to download the Anniversary Map Pack which is 1.2GB to your hard drive, when it is done installing, you can simply just load Halo: Reach up and you can play the SEVEN Anniversary maps just like they were DLC as well as the other Reach maps and DLC.
As for your question on progress, the Halo: Anniversary multiplayer is Reach’s multiplayer, ALL your progress with carry over, whatever you do on Anniversary will carry over to Reach and whatever you do on Reach will carry over to Anniversary.
