Spartan companies are basically mini-clans. If you are interested you can look for one you like and apply to join.
If you are in a Spartan company, your spartan company members show up there. You can see who in your SC is playing when you are playing. To join a SC go to HERE.
Don’t do the default message. Most Spartan Companies won’t accept you with a default message.
dont just piggy back either. If you join, pull your own weight and contribute to the company kill commendations.
I would just message every clan to see which ones will accept you. I’d start with his ^^^
