in the xbox go to your profile and edit, then select the image profile and you see the new pics

They’re under “gamerpics”, at the very top. They didn’t unlock for me until I played the Anniversary Throwback Playlist, so try booting up a match of that.

Why not? Unless you don’t own the game, or don’t have Gold, it’s easy to just play a match.

Nothing would ever make me change my profile pic I got for completing mass effect on hard.
