Try power cycling your Xbox One. If that doesn’t work, troubleshoot your network:

It would likely give you a different kind of message but you can check. Are you sure you fully troubleshooted your network? Do you have issues with other games? Have you tried a different account/profile, etc?

There are no alert messages at the moment, but they can be delayed.

For what it’s worth, the game is twitchy at the best of times and I’ve found it more unstable after the last update.
If you are using a Router try going to YouTube and look up Port Forward ← . It allows the Router to stream Xbox instead of sending packets.
