i wish for it to not die too… but at this point, it is clear that microsoft doesn’t care fully about their franchise nor the devs behind it. meaning that the devs that’re messing it all up wont go away or be replaced… so it would be better to let it just die
i get that the prior games were good, don’t get me wrong, they are… but that was then, this is now, we are at the point still of incomplete games. and i’d say, as the consumers, we should NOT tolerate this. so either 343 gets it together, and pulls through with bettering the game to the halo game we all want and know it can be… or just let them and the franchice die. as the saying goes, treat folk the way you want to be treated… so if they don’t care about the end product, then why should we care about them?
B4D_S3CTOR I remember doing XbConnect. That was so much fun. On another note my ping runs about 15-20. I still get shot through walls, crazy melees, Ninja from a guy i am hitting in the back, poor shot registration sticking guus with grenades then getting double meleed, shooting guys point blank woth rockets and I die but they walk away unscathed. Some of the best running games have been 25-50 ping. I wonder if the few games that i have played that ran good if rhe other team had the same experience?
Stopped playing infinite in january because of the problems of the MP. Desync, lag, server issues, lack of maps and gamemodes, wierd ranked system and so on.
Now 3 months later i gave infinite a try played a few matches. Just a few matches and i remembered why i stopped playing infinite:
- lag, still there
- desync, still there
- unpredictable connection quality, some player just sponge everything
- uneven teams
- and so many more
And today there is a problem with dedicated servers.
Well, i bought the Halo Infinite campaign and the season pass 1.
If the may patch doesnt improve the MP, im not buying the season pass 2. There is no motivation, no incentive to play if infinite remains in this state.
When you think about it (I may be wrong) did’nt destiny have a lot of bugs and problems similar to infinite?
But look at that game now, its popular and is realy fun to play.
I belive halo will have a serious glow up in seasone 2.
With new modes forge and more. I think 343 is waiting until then to make a big push and blow the other games away. I dont want to see this game die but I also dont think 343 will let it.
When playing Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, halor, Halo 5, I never had a problem with other players,Now all matches are frustrating when you find players with suspicious movements and the pistol that looks like a submachine gun, straight in the head while jumping and making lateral movements at a speed Impressive
there are too many bad players use too many hotkeys from PC and also the usual cheats … I think that everything is solved by removing that damn crossplay,then maybe they do an update distinguishing the console from the cursed PC, unfortunately it is easy for many to find solutions and cheats in the PC so it is better to divide the two worlds
