It’s currently cycling through the default playlist solution that came pre-installed, but I need to know if it’s actually working for people or not, as you can’t host a server and play the game from the same computer. So search in the “Browse Games” section and let me know if I’m the sole server out there and some feedback about the connection quality. (I’m Central US)
I attempted to search and I still have the 0 of 0 issue going on 
(East Coast btw)
My status says it’s Online and in Pre-Game lobby. Every 30 seconds or so it changes to the next game/map combo because no one’s there. hmmmmm.
Edit: Apparently Halo 2 and the Dedicated Server only had a Firewall exception for local (LAN-only), and the Public sharing wasn’t enabled. I just enabled it for WAN settings so I’m hoping it can show up now.
Edit 2: 2 people have made their way in! I’m excited that people actually found it and can play on it!

I’m unaware of the update you are talking about. I did this to help the community. It took awhile, yes, but getting a server set up off your own isn’t that hard once it’s set in place. Yes, it’s running off of my personal computer, but I will have it run as much as possible. If enough people are on, I’ll try and keep it going throughout the night to let you people enjoy yourselves 
Also, how is the connection? What about gametype and map suggestions? Custom maps yes or no? If so, which?
Computer or Xbox Connect? If Xbox Connect I may try it. I really want to play some Halo 2.
