So what I want people to try(if you have the money and are as big of a fanboy as I am) is to Read every book in order, play every game in order of the Halo Universe, so that means read 9 books and play 6 games in order!!!

I dont know why people hate halo wars so much. Its a fantastic game with one of the best story lines of any rts I’ve ever played. It beats halo 2s story line in my opinion. (not that big of a fan of halo 2 but I still like it)

the Dome of light mission and the Scarab mission are stupid logic wise…at least, in parts of it
but HW is a good game

I do like Halo Wars, it’s just I’m more used to the First-Person Shooter Halo, I’m not used to the Real Time Strategy Halo, plus I’m still working on getting the Legendary and Heroic Achievements, I just want to get them in and then incorporate Halo Wars into my Halo series runs in the order of the canon. I agree Halo Wars is a good game but right now I just want to work on some achievements for Halo Wars first then include it in my runs.

I think it’s because it’s not an FPS like traditional Halo. And yes, Halo was originally meant to be an RTS but it was re-designed to a first person shooter.
I personally enjoy Halo Wars: Although IMO it’s lacking as an RTS, it does NOT lack as a game.

Books don’t have as much replay value so…
But I will be playing all the games in order as soon as I get Halo Wars.
Imagine if the Legendary ending of Halo 3 faded to black as soon as the Delivery guy knocked on my door with Halo 4…
