This doesn’t make sense. CoD requires little skill to be good at, just quick reflexes. Halo requires quick reflexes, strategy, understanding of movement, etc. You’re Halo skills should very easily transfer to a CoD-esque game.

Only aiming I see is an smg in the face.
So you made this thread to tell us you hate this game because you’re not very good at it?
Take a step back, analyse what you’re doing and you’ll see what you’re doing wrong. If you’re rushing into fights, just try keeping back a bit, flank the enemy etc. Then again you might just be having an off day.

So you are almost decent in previous Halo games but bad in Halo 5. Not much of a difference.
AKA, you can’t rely on your ‘GOD BR’ and ‘HOLY DMR’ ‘skills’ anymore because aim assist is turned off. This is still Halo but now it actually takes more than twitch reflexes and a BR to win.

I’ve been playing a lot of CoD lately due to the yoinky MCC matchmaking with no ranked Doubles… A adapted with ease to the beta due to the Default layout being just about the exact same as CoD. After 5 games I changed to Bumper Jumper cause that’s what I’ve been playing Halo with since H3. I got ranked as an Onyx, for the beta. It’s clear this game is trying to bridge a gap of bringing in new CoD player/kids and just praying that their loyal Halo fans will adapt with this new game.
In my opinion, like Reach, Halo 4 & now this, we have a new game that uses the Halo name to sell copies. Basically a reskining of a different game entirely, like Super Mario Bros. 2 on the NES.

I disagree. It took me a couple of games to get used to the controls but now I’m getting the same K/D I get when playing the other Halo games.

I hope they`ll tweak the gameplay mechanics, so that it plays more like the original Halo…

Lol this halo has widened the skill gap in the best way possible. You are just mad you suck. Its still halo thats for sure.

That seems to be what some people on the forums seems to think which is irritating, it just seems more likely that there in denial about H5 being pretty bad.
Playing this makes me want to play a match of CoD: Advanced Warfare just to make some comparisons with its thrust ability.
