I wonder if people on the Destiny forums is talking about how more toxic the Halo forums are.
We’re not all bad, as someone said above people like us (who actually like the game) are too busy playing it to complain on every form of social media going. I’m personally having a blast. Are there things I’d like changed? Of course. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to spend every waking minute hating on them and flaming 343i.

Really makes me sad when so many people hate something I really love (Halo franchise).

Only thing i disagree with. Wanting a decent story for a halo game (hunt the truth had a better story and it was marketing) isn’t being unrealistic high. Wanting decent mp maps with variety and quantity isn’t foolish. Hell they hyped up warzone then ship the thing with 3 maps… 3!!! These are all pretty realistic things to want from a current gen game. 343 fell short on these and if we don’t complain now when halo 6 comes around we will get another “shell” of a game.

I really enjoy the game. Those are my problems though. And the BTB maps looks.
I know that feel bro. i love halo 5 and everyone thats a REAL FAN hates it. Its all very confusing. What i do is go to the halo subreddit. the hate has died down significantly and now its mostly funny clips and discussions. Its way better that this forum.
Wow this guy nailed it, and you can see how much he enjoys this game which is awesome. Halo 5 is the most solid game to come out ever, it is bugless, looks beautiful and plays amazing. But don’t worry OP, the only people that tend to open their mouths on the internet are just people who want to complain and the haters as they are not doing anything important except being jealous.

Well put. I AGREE, the only thing I would add in there is the community should give it’s input on things they don’t like just not dwell on them and make it the biggest deal ever like quitting Halo. lol

Leave us in peace. Bungie didnt make the campaign so dont expect it to be amazing, but really? Late forge? Unfinished multiplayer? Be patient. When everything releases you will likely complain that its repetitive. And yes, I do agree with the no Firefight (They havnt really replaced it Like in halo 4 Spartan Ops.). But seriously…Forge is going to be amazing…
All I know OP is that I’m loving the hell out of Halo 5 and am having a blast playing it. No hate from me.
The Halo community is great. The Halo Waypoint community is not really. Gaming Forums have transitioned from the place where you can
enjoy conversations with people to the place where haters go to play. At end year there tends to be hate everywhere.
Imagine if online forums existed when Super Mario Bros. came out. Nothing but hate would stream from it. AWFUL GRAPHICS. HORRIBLE MUSIC. LAME STORY. Forums are pretty much built for haters. I like to kill time on the toilet reading them cause they make me laugh and this community is ripe with trolls. OP hit the nail on the head with this post. Don’t give up OP! Keep playing!

Hate is such a heavy word to use. Maybe strongly dislike would be better to use? Read my post about Raid on Apex 7 exotic vacation location. It will make you feel better.
