what is with the disconnection -Yoink- and getting banned for something out of my control? So -Yoinking!- sick of this every time I try to play. If 343 is really “tuned to the community” than why the -Yoink- aren’t they working on a fix
I’m going to have to agree with a lot of that. I’m so sick of coming on here and seeing the next complaint about 343 or something so minuscule and stupid. I always try to be positive about Halo 5 because I think it’s a really good game. But every single day it’s either something new or the hundredth complain about sprinting or aiming. Don’t hate everyone though because not everyone is a horrible basher. I support the series and 343 and I’m sure there’s many others out there who do as well.

Maybe because it isn’t the games fault? I haven’t expierenced a single disconnect, I’ve acknowledged it but haven’t experienced it. It may have something to do with your rotor.

I know others have been going through the same misery. I just wanted to be a voice for those people. It seems nobody was brave enough to step out and express their feelings.
I grew more & more impatient, thats when I snapped. I just had to post this, somebody had to do it.
The game is still pretty new. Give it some time and the people that hate the game will move on and hardcore Halo 5 fans will be more pleasant and helpful. I’ve seen it happen in every game’s community. Destiny was a cesspool the first few months, but a year later it has a pretty great community.

Yes the original trilogy were revolutionary and that’s what gave them their critical a claim.
While Halo 4 alienated fans, I think Halo 5 is a good evolution in gameplay. It fits well in the Halo universe, and is something we haven’t tasted yet, and I like it.
Those of us who are die hard fans of Halo, like myself, are only trying to protect the game we all love from turning into a cookie cutter shooter like the current leader of the “Modern” FPS market. Halo is an arena shooter, and we’d like it to stay that way. (Actually I don’t know what it is, but it’s great.)
Personal opinion; Halo 3 was my favorite, and it still looks great.
I agree. Everytime I would try and post something positive about Halo 5, there would be a ton of people bashing me saying that they hated Halo 5 and I should too. This community is more toxic than the atmosphere in the Metro series.

That’s your opinion. I think Halo 5 is a top notch game and my personal favorite of the series.

Not entirely. Complaints have escalated mostly due to Spartan companies drawing in more players, leading them to “speak there minds”. I’ll admit, halo 5 hasn’t been the most giving halo game I’ve played. But it’s not worth complaining about in the forums. At first I joined the forums to try out Spartan companies and keep track of halo wars 2. After a weak though, I realized just how bad it was.
It will never break my halo spirit, but it’s sad how negative the forums are. Even if you start a positive topic, at some point negativity begins to flood in. At this point, I would encourage 343i to ignore the forums out of all things. Make it so that unless the community decides to be more positive, they won’t listen. Basically a large scale silent treatment (which in my opinion the community deserves).

Well other halo fans dont like this game and most of the population has already left. Time to home some new developers get the game and actually go back to Halo games feeling like Halo. Not 343 paying off reviewers to have them say “It feels like Halo 2/3 and its the best multiplayer ever in halo. You can tell they going back to their roots”

I completely agree, at first I thought you were going to complain about the game itself, but no, finally someone who thinks like me! Or somebody I think like? Ok, I give up with that. Any ways, I can’t stand how many people yoinking complain about a game that 343i worked very hard on and honestly, really didn’t have to make. When I voted in that one forum for best Halo game, Reach came up at top, one percent above Halo 5, that just explains where all the online Spartan dating, oversized booty stalkers, and yoinking assassination f boys and -Yoink- came from, yoinking Reach! Don’t come from your dead -Yoink!- game just to ruin the fun of ours! We all have complaints about Halo 5, but holy -Yoink- ! Platinum, if you get where I’m going with this, just blame Reach Community.
Halo reach is my absolute favorite halo game. It’s true that ever sense 343i took over halo things have been different, But not a killing blow to the franchise. 343i is not the problem in halo 5, it’s the community.
As far as I see it, halo 5 isn’t going to get any good changes until this community shows some respect and maturity. good things yield good rewards. The more positive things get, the better.

Fallout 4 is terribly optimized, it has a lot of bugs and glithes (even for a Bethesda game) yet everybody seems to focus on the good stuff. Halo 5 is really fun, and stable, and with a lot of content, yet everybody focuses on the small negative things.
I’m having a blast with this game, but I agree; our community sucks
