Because everytime I use one the enemy team use their entire REQ collection and my team is full of 3 kill in 20 minute jobbers. Now I dont get the rp win nor keep the card to try again.
All it is is more RNG on top of the REQ system, oh heres a legendary card now go gamble the matchmaking and pray you win your next game.
i have noticed that the people most likley to support RNG systems are the most likely to allow themselves to preform compulsive gambling like behavior…

My only gripe with this is that we lost the game 989-1000 and now I don’t get the rp jackpot AND I lose the card aswell. It’s completely unfair the chances to get a legendary boost top begin with, Then I need to pray to RNGjesus again so that I can actually get the reward from it.
Jackpot cards always yeild… The boost cards always do as well… It’s only the gambit/mission victory ones that don’t. So save them go when you’re playing with friends, when you’ll have a better chance of winning.

Sure, but this is an optional payment system. You dint have to buy reqs, and even if you dont, you can unlock them for free. Look at Destiny. That game is a huge gambling system by itself. The huge grind and RNG is core to that game. And it keeps the players grinding away because of the way it manipulates the brain through compulsive gambling and manipulation. Halo 5 isn’t that. And hopefully, it never will be.
