I hate having to change discs in my 360 all the time.

This is way off topic (This is the general discussion) but it’s really annoying when I can’t find a disc but I have it installed onto my hard drive. Could Microsoft not figure out a way like this to stop that like:

I can transfer everything off the disc to and from my xbox, similar to installing the disc except all the disc’s data is off the disc and is on the 360 and I can play any game at the touch of a button. It could be transferred back onto the disc of course.

What do you think?

They can’t do that cause then mass piracy would happen, There are things like cd players that can hold multi-able disks and i hope the nextbox can possibly hold 3. But that is just hopes and dreams.

no, people would buy games, install on HD, sell game, the person who bought the game gets ripped off. it wouldnt work…

Mass piracy would be horrible, but some games for PC’s are capable of doing that and piracy isn’t necessarily rampant. You install the CD or game onto your Xbox harddrive, however the game can have security placed where it can only be downloaded once, much like PC games do. You couldn’t be able to sell the game back to retailers unless it hasn’t been downloaded, of which the retailers would be able to check. It’s improbable, but not impossible.

You can always download games from the “Games on Demand” section.

Well, I guess your going to Have to Deal with it.

When Disks are totally wiped as Data Storage and All games are on the MarketPlace…
Then your in your happy Place

As awesome as that would be, I just don’t think it’s technically feasible to achieve without having piracy issues. Putting all these games on the marketplace isn’t so great either because of the mad long download times.
