That rule should be changed to “a right to voice concerns in a PROFESSIONAL MANNER”.
Then this place would be more bearable.

The game is constantly changing. They put something in then soon decide to take it out. They change the damage weapons do over and over. They disable perks and change ones that they keep. That game is crazy. It’s like the 7 sea’s man. Always changing and moving around. DICE doesn’t seem able to make up their minds.

Concerns? The complaints have nothing to do with how the game plays in its entirety… mainly 2 teams of 4 killing each other.
The complaints/concerns come from an individual basis where an OP weapon may just feel like that due to LAG/NO LAG scenarios.
People come on, moan about something, then you check their recent game feeds to see that they just gut buthurt by said moaning object.
It is nothing more than kids venting steam.
What would be a concern is if, by viewing heat maps, 343i found that generally one team on a particular map always had the upper hand. THESE are things to be addressing. Not some non-sense single player moaning.
I would hazard that the same people that complain of no friendly fire, no scope break, weak jetpack, are probably the same idiots that complained in the oppsosite fashion all the way through reach.

Well I do believe in balance in a PvP game so it will need to happen or it will turn into a one gun to rule them all kind of game
