In firefight, I had selected to spawn in with a ghost ultra but didn’t. I went to the req station it said I had already selected a vehicle. The game ends because it was the last round and I went to my collection and it had taken one away. I have video evidence that I couldn’t even get another vehicle.
This could be due to the garage being used and you were the last in the queue. I had a similar problem where I selected a ghost while respawning, but spawned on foot. My ghost was not taken away however, after the game ended.
