Ok so nothing new here but the challenge system continues to screw us over!
This week we actually had a decent capstone reward available. Thanks for that btw.
My last challenge for the week was to kill 3 players attempting to return their flag in CTF. I logged on tonight feeling optimistic that I’d have zero problems completing this challenge as I only had one kill to go.
7 games of Quick Play later and I didn’t get a single CTF match. So I resorted to new tactics, quit until I get CTF. I get into a CTF match the very next game, however I failed to complete my challenge. I said screw it and swapped out my challenge only to have the servers go down.
This is not fun 343! Furthermore I wasn’t necessarily playing to win when trying to complete this challenge, and my teammates (heaven forbid) were. Their efforts effectively made me lose out on this one.
Playing to win should never be discouraged, and equally as bad quitting should never be advantageous. Please fix your crap. I am sick of this.
