I got the halo reach package 7 times in halo 5 … how will they give me the halo reach game
Halo Reach is a different game. The Memories of Reach pack unlocks certain cosmetic pieces in H5 if you haven’t already unlocked them. They packs should be in your unopened packs here on waypoint or in the h5 menus.

I think you may have misread O.P., if your goal was to get Halo: Reach the video game, and not just the armor sets available in the Halo 5: Guardians game.
Full Set? 
I think it’s just a misunderstanding in the the translation here. The REQ pack is solely for in-game Halo 5 items. Where the translation from Spanish says to unlock the full game, the English should read “full set” meaning full set of armour

The the full set of unlockable armor pieces should be in your inventory or in your unopened pack section.
It is the fault of the translation of 343 that tells us the complete game to those who speak Spanish, should say the complete set of armors in Spanish. Is it hard to say?
