I got the Fotus armor but it won't appear in game

I got the Fotus armor, contacted Microsoft, they said I had a license on my account for it, but it won’t appear in game. How fo I get it to show up?

I scratched off some letters on the code by accident so they sent me a code and they checked to see if it worked. They said it worked but I don’t see the armor in-game
