Ok I was playing with my group Bloo plague
And I was doing pretty well. I grabbed the sniper and invisibility. I started doing some shoots an’ scoots.
But then this happened…

Is this just bad luck or what? Who else’s really doesn’t like the h5 sniper mechanics?

I’m sure you’ve been saved a few times by having the shot not register to your head.
everything balances out in the end.
This is what we call server-side hit registration.
Essentially the reverse of client side hit registration.
Basically, swap the roles of the green and red boxes, The red box determines when the player actually takes the hit, but you see the green box.
if you woulda taken that shot while spinning in circles it woulda been a headshot.
Yea that’s some sweet lag. You can tell because after you’re dead and he picks up your sniper rifle, he immediately just vanishes into the ether nowhere to be found.
Well at least you can’t blame it on the gungoose.
