You are correct, multiple accounts on Xbox are fine. But don’t use two accounts on Waypoint unless you want to release the banhammar upon thee. Haters make you greater, just ignore him and move on.

Well, you can mod the original and 360 if I remember correctly. But if you were hacking, you’d be banned from online play. Some people are just sore losers. They refuse to admit they aren’t as good as they think they are, and blame others for it.

I’m pretty certain reporting someone just puts them on that players block list and might decrease your reputation by a single point. Unless you get reported regularly this isn’t an issue and you will likely never play against that kid in any game again.
Being reported requires a reason for Xbox to even do anything about it. If you ever report someone. You should see that it ask to add a comment. The comment will let them know if the issue is investigatable or not.

I wouldn’t worry about it to much. As long as you aren’t getting reported all the time nothing will happen. Also reports eventually fall off as well. I have two reports on mg record for “unsporting” probably for tea bagging but I only -Yoink!- those who earned it.
