Hey there! So recently, I logged into my old account, in which I’ve previously bought and played halo 3, odst and reach, and now halo 5. And yet, I don’t have any of the cusomizations from those games like my friends do. Is there something I have to do for it to register that I’ve played them or something?
Hey OP, if you changed your gamertag at any point then that’s why your stats won’t be synced. If you still have access to the games, just load them up and play some campaign / multiplayer / customs / forge - anything as long as you’re connected to Xbox Live. Sometimes it can be quick, other times it can take a while, but your stats should sync up to your new gamertag eventually.
This gamertag has always been the same to my knowledge, and im not sure if my 360 even works anymore, and i sold my XBone to my friend. Either way, ill figure it out. thanks a bunch!
